Full time care 
M-F  6:30 am - 6:00 pm  @ $175/week

Part time care
MWF  6:30 am - 5:30 pm @ $120/week
T TH  6:30 am - 5:30 pm @ $ 80/week
M-F   6:30 am - 12:00 pm @ $100/week
M-F  12:00 pm - 5:30 pm @ $100/week

Payments are to be made monthly on the first of the month unless other payment arrangements are made.  Statements will be mailed to you by the 15th of the previous month for your convenience.

Missed days will be credited on the following months statement for up to 5 missed days per calendar year.  After 5 missed days due to illness or vacation no credit will be given.
